What's your idea of a perfect meal? My idea of a perfect meal is a #7 from
McDonalds: two cheeseburgers, large fries, and a large coke.
But in all reality, is this really healthy? No, but it really tastes good! Let's face it, if you run on a tight schedule between school, homework, possibly a job, sports activities, extra curricular activities, and/or having to do extra chores around the house you don't always have time to consider what kinds of food you should be eating. What's your daily schedule like? If your schedule is anything like I have described above, it may be a good time to take a look at what you eat.
Fast food is okay to eat once in a while, but it should not be eaten on a daily basis. It is better to eat freshly made meals at home, but if it is necessary to eat out try to eat something healthy like a sub. Stay away from prepackaged foods, they tend to have a lot of saturated fat and other things that are not necessarily healthy for your body. Some of the same meals that are obtained from fast food resteraunts can easily and quickly be made at home if you ever get a chance. Just because some foods are fattening doesn't mean you should not indulge every now and then, it just means that you shouldn't eat it all the time. If you ever have any health or diet questions that you would like answered, just write to us and we will do the best to try to answer your questions.
